The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center and the U-Bahn station. The room is comfortable and fairly large. The hotel facilities include a fitness room and a nice sauna area. The minibar is free for the first night, a nice touch.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and beautiful lake.
